Step 1. Changing the Eye Color |

Open a picture. |

First we want to change the eye color. For that we need to select the eyes. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool and click around one eye to make a selection. Then, while the first eye being selected, press Shift on the keyboard and also select the other eye. That way you can make multiple selections at one time. It takes some time to get used to but it is worth it. |

Now that we have both eyes selected, we go to Image -> Adjustments -> Photo Filter. Select a color that looks similar to cat's eyes. I think orange is best. Set Density to 100%. |

Cat's have a differently shaped pupils than we do. We can easily create Cat's Pupils with the Smudge Tool. |

Use a quite small brush size for that and help yourself with zooming in the picture. Click on the pupil and drag the black color down and up. Make pupils narower by clicking on the iris and draging it inward. |
