4. Cat's Whiskers |

The most simple way to make whiskers is to draw them with a brush. But you have to have a steady hand for that. First make a new layer. |

Now pick a white or black color and paint a few whiskers on the persons cheeks. |
|

To make them more shiny we will add a little glow. For that right click on the layer with whiskers, select Blending Options and select Outer Glow option. Also lower the Opacity a little. |
